摘  要:以板状刚玉、蓝晶石、α-Al2O3微粉和纯铝酸钙水泥为主要原料,通过加入松香酯类微泡引气剂和非离子型增稠泡沫稳定剂配成浇注料,振动浇注成型后于1500℃3h烧成制备了刚玉质弥散型透气砖,研究了浇注料的流动性和体积稳定性,以及透气砖内气孔分布情况和透气性能。结果表明:添加引气剂和泡沫稳定剂,可以通过浇注成型方法制得弥散型透气砖,引气剂和泡沫稳定剂的用量决定了浇注料中气泡的形成、数量、大小和稳定性;引气剂和泡沫稳定剂对浇注料的流动性和养护期间的体积稳定性有一定影响;浇注料在烧成过程中的体积稳定性可以通过添加蓝晶石来调节。The corundum based permeable porous purging plugs were prepared using tabular alumina, cyanite, α-Al2O3 micropowder and pure calcium aluminate cement as main starting materials, adding into rosin ester micro bubble air entraining agent and nonionic thickening foam stabilizer, after vibrating molding, fired at 1 500℃ for 3 h. The fluidity,volume stability, pore size distribution and air permeability of the plugs were researched. The results showed that with air entraining agent and foam stabilizer,the permeable porous purging plugs could be produced by casting. Addition of air entraining agent and foam stabilizer determined the formation, number,size and stability of bubbles in the castables. Air entraining agent and foam stabilizer influenced the fluidity and volume stability during curing. The volume change during firing at high temperature could be adjusted by adding cyanite.
