摘 要:采用完全随机试验的方法研究了等温淬火工艺参数的变化对低铬变质白口铸铁耐磨性的影响,并与铸态白口铸铁及65Mn等材料进行了耐磨性对比试验。结果表明:淬火加热温度和等温温度对贝氏体白口铸铁的耐磨性有显著影响;在载荷较高的情况下,贝氏体白口铸铁的耐磨性优于65Mn材料;在载荷较低的情况下与65Mn材料相比,各种处理的复合变质低铬白口铸铁均具有较好的耐磨性,在农机耕作部件上具有应用前景。The complete stochastic experiment method was used to research the effects of austempering process parameters on the wearing resistance of modified low chromium white cast iron. The wearing resistance of bainite white cast iron was compared with that of other material such as as-cast white cast iron and 65Mn. The results show that the heating temperature and austempering temperature have great effect on the wearing resistance of bainite white cast iron. The wearing resistance of bainite white cast iron is better than 65Mn under higher load stress. Compered with 65Mn, the wearing resistance of white cast iron with different heat treatment is also better under lower load stress. Hence, the potential application of modified low chromium white cast iron on farmer machine looks on the bright side.
