Screen of Efficient Armillaria mellea Strains Symbiotic with Gastrodia elata in Zhaotong Prefecture

摘  要:研究了自云南昭通本地分离获得的4株天麻共生蜜环菌的生长特性,并与1株外地优良天麻共生蜜环菌京-234进行对比。结果显示:各菌株间存在明显差异,菌索平均生长速度依次为京-234>SNA04>SNA02>SNA03>SNA01;菌丝萌发速度、菌索分枝状况、荧光强度及暗培养18 d后菌索生物量等生长特性表现最好的为SNA04,其次为京-234,SNA01和SNA02较差。4株昭通天麻共生蜜环菌中,菌株SNA04性状最优,SNA03菌株次之。Four Armillaria mellea strains symbiotic with Gastrodia elata were isolated in Zhaotong Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and the growth characteristics of these strains were studied and compared with those of an superior exotic strain Jing-234 of A. mellea. The results showed that there were significant differences in the growth fea- tures among these strains, and the average rhizomorph growth rate was ranked in the order as Jing-234 〉 SNA04 〉 SNA02 〉 SNA03 〉 SNA01. Comprehensively speaking, the strain SNA04 performed the best and followed by Jing-234, SNA01 and SNA02 regarding to mycelial germination speed, rhizomorph branching conditions, rhizomorph biomass and other growth characteristics measured 18d after being treated with different fluorescence intensity and in the dark environment.
