渐进衍射多焦点人工晶状体临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的比较自内障超声乳化联合植入AcrysofReSTOR多焦点人工品状体及AcrysofNatural单焦点人工晶状体术后视功能状态，评价多焦点人工晶状体的临床效果。方法老年性白内障患者31例38只眼，按自愿选择的原则分为两组：MIOL组12例15只眼，MoIOL组19例23只眼。术后1周、1个月、3个月观察术跟视力，焦点深度范周，对比敏感度及术后3月时进行问卷调查。结果术后3月，MIOL组和MoIOL组的裸眼远视力分别为0．87±0．11、0．85±0．11，差异无显著性；裸眼近视力分别为0．70±0.14、0．31±0．07，差异有显著性（P〈0．001）。MIOL组和MoIOL组的最佳矫正远视力分别为0．91±0．10、0．88±0．12，最佳矫正近视力分别为0．71±0．24、0．63±0．16，两组比较差异均无显著性（P〉0．05o结论AcrySof ReSTORIOL可提供良好的裸眼远、近视力，降低近用眼镜依赖度。Objective To evaluate the AcrySofReSTOR multifocal intraocular lens （Alcon Laboratories ） and compare it with AcrysofNatural （the monofocal IOL, Alcon Laboratories）. Methods Thirty-one patients with age-related cataract （38 eyes） were divided into two groups： MIOL, 12 patients （15 eyes） and MolOL, 19 patients （23 eyes ）. Distant and near visual acuities, depth of focus, high order wave front aberrations and contrast sensitivity were observed at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months postoperatively. Results At 3 months postoperative,in MIOL group,the mean UCDVA,BCDVA,UCNVA,BCNVA and BDNVA were 0.87±0.11,0.91±0.10,0.70±0.14,0.71±0.24,0.72±0.11 respectively. While in MolOL group,they were 0.85±0.11,0.88±0.12,0.31±0.07,0.63±0.16,0.24±0.08,respectively. The UCNVA were significantly better than that of MoIOL. Conclusion Acrysof ReSTOR IOL can provide excellent outcomes both in distant and near visions and it may reduce the dependence on spectacles in near vision and improve the quality-of-life.
