泌尿系移行细胞癌c-erbB-2基因蛋白和PCNA的表达及意义

摘　　要：为探讨ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ在膀胱癌及肾盂癌中的表达及意义。作者应用免疫组化技术研究４７例膀胱移行细胞癌和１８例肾盂移行细胞癌与ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ的关系。结果显示ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白表达与膀胱癌和肾盂癌的分级和分期有关，ＰＣＮＡ增殖指数随肿瘤分级的上升而增高，与肿瘤的分期也有关系，但ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和ＰＣＮＡ两者间无明显关系。结果表明ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２和ＰＣＮＡ对膀胱癌和肾盂癌的生物学行为和预后评估具有重要意义。To study the significance of c erbB 2 gene product and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expressing in bladder carcinoma and renal pelvis carcinoma, c erbB 2 protein and PCNA were detected in 65 transitional cell carcinomas (47 bladder carcinomas and 18 renal pelvis carcinomas) with immunohistochemical technique.Significant relationship was observed between c erbB 2 and grade or stage of the tumor.PCNA index increased with the tumor grade and stage. There was no significant difference between c erbB 2 and PCNA.Our findings suggest that c erbB 2 and PCNA might serve as markers for the evaluation of biological behavior and prognosis in bladder carcinoma and renal pelvis carcinoma.
