摘　　要：作者分析了７６例精神运动性癫痫的精神症状及临床有关资料。脑电图检测及随访结果均以单侧性颞叶病变或涉及邻近区域异常为多见，异常率为７７．６％。对其中１２例患者作了自发脑电地形图观察。bjective:To study the variations of EEG and BEAM (brain electrical activity mapping) in psychomotor epilepsy. Method:EEG was recorded in 76 patients with psychomotor epilepsy,12 of whom also received BEAM test. Results:The disturbance of consciousness was most common.The incidence of abnormal EEG was 77.6% with abnormal activities found mainly in the temporal lobe and neighbouring areas.The BEAM test was not sensitive in detecting the spike and sharp waves of EEG. Discussion:EEG remains superior to BEAM in diagnosing epilepsy.
