摘　　要：目的:探讨64层VCT脑血管造影的临床应用价值。方法:对79例临床怀疑脑血管疾病的患者行64层CTA检查。所有病例均采用VR、MIP、CPR、VE对图像进行后处理。结果:本组79例,正常19例,异常60例,其中动脉瘤11例,动静脉畸形(AVM)5例,脑动脉狭窄和闭塞19例,多发动脉硬化21例,血管发育异常4例。结论:64层螺旋CT脑血管造影是一种无创、安全、定位、定性准确的检查手段,可取代或部分取代DSA,为临床治疗提供更多的诊断依据。Objective：To discuss the clinical value of cerebral angiography by 64-slice VCT. Methods： Seventy-nine patients suspected cerebral vascular disease were examined by 64-slice VCT. All imaging were processed with Vii, MIP,CPR,VE. Results：Seventy-nine patients were examined, nineteen cases were normal and 60 cases were abnormal. Of all patients, aneurysm was founded in 11 cases, AVM was founded in 5 eases, intracranial artery stenosis or occlusion was founded in 19 eases, atlierosclerosis was founded in 21 eases, vascular anomaly was founded in 21 cases. Conclusion： Cerebral angiography by 64-slice VCT is noninvasive and safe for the accurate localization and qualitative diagnosis. It can replace or partly replace DSA and provide more evidences for clinic.
