摘 要:目的:探讨SKP2、p53蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达和关系及其对预后的影响。方法:组织芯片和免疫组化技术检测SKP2、p53蛋白在89例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)、13例小细胞肺癌(SCLC)和10例肺良性病变组织中的表达。结果:NSCLC、SCLC及肺良性病变组织中SKP2和p53蛋白的表达差异均有统计学意义,P值均为0.000。SKP2蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达水平与细胞分化程度、病理类型、TNM分期及淋巴转移密切相关,P值均为0.000。p53蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达水平与细胞分化程度、病理类型密切相关(P值均为0.000)。肺癌组织中SKP2、p53蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.448,P=0.000),两者同时高表达与细胞分化程度及病理类型密切相关(P值分别为0.001和0.022)。多因素分析显示,肺癌患者5年生存率与SKP2蛋白表达水平、TNM分期、淋巴转移及术后放/化疗密切相关。结论:SKP2和p53蛋白在肺癌的发生发展中可能存在某种协同作用,对肺癌患者的预后可能有一定影响。OBJECTIVE: To research the expressive characteristics of SKP2 and p53 proteins in lung carcinoma and their affection to patients' prognosis. METHODS: The expressions of SKP2 and p53 proteins were detected in 89 NSCLC, 13 SCLC, and 10 lung benign lesion tissues by the tissue chip and immunohistochemistry technology. RESULTS: The positive rates of SKP2 and p53 protein stain were significantly different among NSCLC, SCLC and lung benign lesion tissues (P =0. 000). The expressive level of SKP2 protein in lung carcinoma tissues was closely related to the cell differentiation, pathological type, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P=0. 000). The expressive level of p53 protein in lung carcinoma tissues was closely related to the cell differentiation and pathological type (P= 0. 000). The expression of SKP2 protein was positive correlation with p53 protein in lung carcinoma tissues (r= 0. 448, P=0. 000). The rate of concurrent high expression of them was closely related to the cell differentiation and pathological type (P= 0. 001 ; P=0. 022). The multiplicity displayed that the lung carcinoma patients' 5 years survival rate was closely related to the expressive level of SKP2 protein,TNM stage, lymph node metastasis,postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy. CONCLUSIONS: SKP2 and p53 proteins may play some conspiracy in occurrence and development of lung carcinoma. Moreover, they may affect lung carcinoma patients' prognosis.
