The Electrophysical Study in the Treatment ofthe Rat Model of Nerve Root Imflammation with Cervical Spondylosis Number Ⅰ

摘  要:将40只模拟颈神经根炎大鼠随机分为四组:颈椎Ⅰ号中剂量组、颈椎Ⅰ号高剂量组、颈复康组及空白对照组。分别给予颈椎Ⅰ号中剂量、高剂量、颈复康及凉开水。每只动物分别在术后给药前及给药后2周,各检测一次SEP。同时,观察动物每日的行为变化。结果发现:颈椎Ⅰ号中剂量、高剂量组可以明显促进感觉神经功能的恢复。Fouty rats with imitated this cervical root imflammation were divied into 4 groups:middle dosage group,heavy dosage group Jingfukang group and empty control group moderate dosage of cervical spomdylosis number Ⅰ heavy dosage group of cervical spondylosis number Ⅰ Jingfukang and water were given to each group seperately SEP was tested after operation and two week's administration of decoction at the same time the animal's behaviour was observed daily the results showed that the moderate and heavy dosage of cervical spondylosis number Ⅰ can obviousily promate the recovery of the neural function better than Jingfukang at certain degree.
