摘　　要：总结分析知识管理与信息资源管理理论的区别与联系,找出传统企业信息资源管理与知识型企业发展需求间的矛盾,针对矛盾构建出知识管理对企业信息资源管理的多维度优化模式,为提升知识型企业信息资源管理水平提供思路和方法。This paper summarizes and analyzes the difference and relationship between the principle of knowledge management and that of information resource management, and concludes the conflict between the enterprise information resource management and the demand of development of knowledge-oriented enterprises, based on which, on the one hand, a multi-dimensional optimized model which is used in the knowledge management aiming at the enterprise information management optimization is built up; and on the other hand, this paves a new way and contributes a new approach to improve the level of the information management in knowledge-oriented enterprises.
