摘 要:论述知识共享传统理念的局限性使现阶段的知识共享实践遭遇瓶颈;同时,知识共享与知识流动关系密切。知识流动渠道管理是解决知识共享瓶颈的有效思路,知识流动渠道的通畅程度、丰富程度、易用程度决定着知识共享的最终效果。知识流动渠道管理就是在技术手段的支持下,通过以人为主导的方式增加知识流动渠道数量、提升知识流动渠道质量,进而实现知识的自然流动和受控转移,以开放对话、主动学习和互动人际网络的方法来推动知识共享。On the one hand, the limitations of traditional methods of knowledge- sharing make themselves encounter bottlenecks; on the other hand, there is a relationship between knowledge sharing and knowledge flow. The anther thinks that knowledge flow channels management is an effective way to solve concurrent bottlenecks. It is the unhindered degree, rich degree and easy-use degree that determined the result of knowledge sharing. Knowledge flow channels management is to increase the number of knowledge flow channels and enhance the quality of knowledge flow channels to realize the natural knowledge flow and controlled knowledge transition by human -centered ways on by support of technological ways. Then knowledge sharing will be pushed by open dialogue, active learning and interactive social networks.
