农村社区情感性精神障碍患者生活质量研究

摘　　要：使用英国Ｏｌｉｖｅｒ编制的生活质量概况表，在四川省新津县农村社区调查４８例情感性精神障碍患者生活质量。发现绝大多数患者均参加劳动，家庭关系较好，但经济状况和居住情况较差。主观生活满意度以“一般”居多，其中闲暇活动满意度、法律与安全满意度和家庭关系满意度较好，而经济状况满意度则较低。不同情感状态的患者间除与情感状态关系密切的项目外，多数项目差异无显著性。多因素分析表明，经济状况及其主观满意度是影响患者生活质量的主要因素。提示情感状态主要影响与情感状态关系密切的生活领域。Objective:This report examines the quality of life of the patients with affective disorder in order to provide scientific basis for giving mental health service to them. Method:The Lancashire quality of life profile constructed by Oliver in U.K.was used for examining the quality of life of 48 patients with affective disorder in rural area in Xinjin county,Sichuan province. Results:We found most patients participated in work or labour.Their family relation was good,but their financial situation and living situation were less satisfactory.Most items of subjective satisfaction were general,among which the satisfaction of leisure,legal and safety,family relations were better,but finacial satisfaction was less.Most items among patients with different affective state,were not significantly different except the items closely related with affective state.The multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated their financial situation and its satisfaction were the main factors affecting patients quality of life. Discussion:Their financial situation was good.Affective state impacted partly on the quality of life,it mainly affected the living domains closed to itself.Physical living situation was still the main factor affecting the patients quality of life and was also main domain they wanted to improve.
