70例单眼球突出的B超诊断

摘　　要：为了探讨单眼球突出的发病因素与B超声像图的关系,对1989年～1097年间70例单眼球突出病例进行回顾性分析。结果B超对单眼球突出的阳性诊断率达98.6％,不仅能确定肿瘤的部位、大小、范围及与邻近组织的关系,而且可供定性诊断参考,包括对肿瘤性质(良性或恶性)及组织学的判断。提示B超对单眼球突出的病因诊断有重大价值,对选择手术进路和估计预后有重大意义。In order to investigate the relationship between the pathogenic factors and B-ultrasound imag-ing, 70 cases of unilateral exophthalmos were retrospectively analyzed. The results showed that B-ultrasound revealed a positive rate of 98. 6 % in the diagnosis of unilateral exophthalmos. B-ultrasound can not only de-termine the position, size, boundary of the tumor and its relation to the surrounding tissues, but also provide the reference for the quantitative diagnosis including tumor characteristics (benign or malignant) and histo-logical evaluation. The findings suggest that B-ultrasound examination has a great value in the etiologic diag-nosis of unilateral exophthalmos and play an important role in the selection of the operative approach and the evaluation of prognosis.
