摘  要:高职"专升本"制度使国家大力发展职业教育的政策受到一定冲击,影响了高职技术应用型人才的培养质量。为了保证高职教育的健康发展,培养合格的高职技术应用型人才,我们应在借鉴国外经验并结合我国国情的基础上,坚持高职培养目标,完善"专升本"选拔方式;完善职业教育体系,发展高层次的职业技术教育。The "students upgrading from junior college to university" system of higher vocational education undermines fairly the national policy of vigorously developing vocational education, having influenced the cultivating quality of applied talents of higher vocational technique. In order to ensure the sound development of higher vocational education and the training of qualified personnel in higher vocational schools, drawing on the experience abroad, combined with the national conditions, we should, stick to the cultivating aim of higher vocational education and perfect the selecting pattern of "students upgrading from junior college to university"; At the same time,we should perfect the vocational education system and develop the higher-level vocational technique education.
