复发性口腔溃疡患者溃疡期与缓解期外周血T细胞亚群的测定

摘　　要：本研究应用致敏红细胞花环试验法（间接法）对３４名复发性口腔溃疡（ＲＯＵ）患者溃疡期和缓解期及２８名正常人外周血中的Ｔ细胞亚群进行了检测，以图了解ＲＯＵ患者的细胞免疫功能状态。结果显示：与正常对照组相比，在溃疡期，ＲＯＵ患者外周血中的Ｔ３和Ｔ４值无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）；Ｔ８值明显升高Ｐ＜０．０５）；Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值明显降低（Ｐ＞０．０５）。而在溃疡缓解期，ＲＯＵ患者外周血中的Ｔ３、Ｔ４、Ｔ８值以及Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值与正常组相比例无明显差别（Ｐ＞０．０５）。研究结果表明ＲＯＵ患者体内存有Ｔ细胞亚群水平的异常改变和Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值的失衡，提示溃疡的发生可能与患者细胞免疫功能的紊乱及Ｔ细胞亚群的失衡有一定的关系。In this study,the samples of peripheral blood from 34 patients with recuttent oral ulcers (ROU) at active and remission phases and 28 normal persons was detected for T cell subsets to understand the cellular immunological condition of the patiens with ROUIt turned out that the T3 and T4 Ievels in the peripheral blood of the ROU patients at active phase showed no significant differences compared with the normal persons (p<005),but the T8 level was increased and the T4/T8 ratio was evidently decreased(p<005);whereas theT3,T4,T8levels and the T4/T8 ratio of the ROU patients at remission phase showed no significant differens(p>005)The results indicared that there were abnormal changes of the T cell subsets levels and the non-balance of T4/T8 ratio ROU patientsThese findings suggested that the occurrence of the oral ulcers might be related to the disorder of cellular immunological function and the non-balance of T cell subsets of ROU patients
