摘　　要：将知识管理和协同学的理论知识引入到城际应急管理中,以实现城市之间以及城市各部门之间的信息传递和共享,协同合作。通过研究知识管理的理论、模型和相关过程,建立了基于知识管理的城际应急管理协同机制,为城市应急协同管理决策提供各方面及时、准确的决策知识,为城际应急协同提供智力支持和信息保障。The massage passing and sharing between cities and different departments of the city and cooperation is realized by introducing the knowledge management and cooperation theory into the intercity emergency management. Through the analysis of knowledge management and its process, the inter - city emergency management based on the knowledge management. Hence, it could provide the decision maker of city emergency cooperation management with timely and precise decision massage, the inter - city emergency cooperation with intellectual support and information guarantee.
