略论电大远程教育服务文化建设

摘　　要：重视服务是电大在探索实施具有中国特色远程教育过程中领先于其他竞争对手的核心要素之一。电大远程教育的服务文化建设意义重大,十分重要。电大应克服远程教育服务文化建设中存在的各种问题,明晰服务理念,强化服务意识,提升服务能力,健全服务制度,完善服务机制,打造服务产品,创造良好的服务环境等。Pay attention to services is one of the essential factors to Radio and TV University keep ahead of other competitors in exploring the implementation of distance education with Chinese character. Therefore, building distance education service culture are significance. The Radio and TV University should overcome a variety of questions that exist in cultural construction services, should be clearing the service concept, strengthening the service consciousness, improve service capabilities, improving the service system, setting up services mechanism, building the service products and createing a favorable service environment.
