摘　　要：本研究采用条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉ回归模型对颅下颌紊乱症的病因进行多因素的分析。危险因素列为１５个。调查人数２８３人，有效样本１０７对。所获资料在微机上进行条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉ回归模型计算。被选入回归方程的有四个因素：牙合干扰、后牙缺失、错牙合和偏侧咀嚼。这四个因素被认为与颅下颌紊乱症的发生有密切关系。In this study,15 risk factors causing CMD were discussedThe authors investigated 283 people and selected 107 pairs of samples,each of which consisted of one patient and on healthy person from themThe data were analyzed with conditional logistic regression model by means of computers The results showed that four factors including occlusal interference,unreplaced mission posterior teeth,malocclusion and unilateral chewing were responsible for CMD
