摘　　要：职业期望是劳动者对职业的态度倾向。辅导员具有年轻、待遇低等特点,期望获得学习和培训机会,并能在职业上有不同的发展。为此,依据职业期望,有针对性地做好高校辅导员职业规划,对建设一支合格有力的辅导员队伍具有重要意义。Occupational expectation is workers＇ attitude towards profession. College Counselors are young with low wages. They expect opportunities of learning and training. They hope different ways of development on profession. Therefore, in order to build a qualified and strong contingent of counselors, it＇s important to conduct pointedly occupational planning for college counselors.
