摘  要:CVC轧辊微机辅助修磨系统是二级微机数控系统,由上位开发机与下位控制机组成。按CVC轧辊形成母线编程公差,控制程序长度,进行程序段分割,并由上位开发机(PC机)进行加工指令开发、编译。经开发机编译的加工指令由并行通讯接口传输到下位控制机,或固化在一片EPROM(2716)中反复使用,实现开发机脱机控制。下位控制机主要功能是完成上位开发机的控制指令所要求的各种插补运算,并由芯片的并口输出,控制步进电机带动工作台完成CVC轧辊辊型的合成。工作台的控制由伺服机构来完成。The CVC roller microcomputer auxiliary sharpening system was the second-level microcomputer numerical control system. The system was composed of the superior development machine and the lower position cybertron. According to the CVC roller, the bus bar programming common difference was formed, the procedure length was con- trolled, the segment division was made, and the superior development machine (PC machine) was carried on the processing instruction development and the translation, which was transmited to the lower position cybertron after the development machine translation's processing instruction from the parallel communication connection, or the solidification (2716) was used repeatedly in piece of EPROM to realize the development machine off-line control. The lower position eybertron major function completed each kind of interpolation operation which the superior development machine eon- trol command requested, and by the chip and the mouth output, the control step-by-steps electrical motor was used to drive the work table to complete the CVC roller roller's synthesis. Work table's control was driven by servo-mechanism.
