摘　　要：回肠憩室引起下消化道出血临床很少见,平时无症状,多数是急诊住院,特殊检查手段不多,肠道活动度大,检查比较困难,术前难以确诊。为减少误诊率,应尽可能进行必要检查,提高对该病的诊断水平。明确病变后,应尽快手术治疗。Ileal diverticulum causing lower gastrointestinal bleeding is rare in clinical, because asymptomatic as usual by the majority are emergency hospitalization. Special inspection means of small intestinal is very difficult because of its activity. So preoperative diagnosis is also difficult. To reduce the misdiagnosis rate, it is necessary as far as possible to carry out the checks to improve the diagnosis level. Lesions clear are as soon as possible before surgery.
