输血相关病案管理的相关因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]调查分析输血相关病案,了解影响输血相关病案管理的因素,为相关部门加强临床输血规范管理提供有关依据。[方法]对四川省21个市、县、区的二级及以上医院采取分层整群随机抽样方式进行抽样,共抽取27家医院,其中三级医院12家,二级医院15家。调查时间是2006年10月～2007年3月。采用多水平模型分析影响输血相关病案管理的相关因素。[结果]外科输血相关病案评分比内科高;医院规定开展输血相关检测的输血病案评分高于没有规定的;有病案相关文书的医院其病案评分高于没有的医院;有输血信息统计的医院比没有的医院病案评分高;设有独立输血科(血库)的医院比非独立的医院病案评分高。[结论]医院需加强质量教育和管理力度以提高输血相关病案质量,有效地保护医患双方的合法权益。[Objective ] To investigate and analyze medical records related to blood transfusion and its related influencing factors on medical record management, so as to provide the baseline information for relevant departments to strengthen the standard management of clinical blood transfusion. [ Methods] Stratified cluster random samphng was performed and a total of 27 hospitals were identified, including 12 level-three and 15 level-two dries. Investigation was conducted from October 2006 to March 2007. We analyzed the influencing factors of hospital＇ s medical records with the method of Multilevel Models. [ Resuits] The score of medical records in surgery department was greater than that in internal department. Also score of medical records was high among those hospitals with documents related blood transfusion. Hospitals which had transfusion-related statistical information departments had high score of medical records. Meanwhile, hospitals with the independent blood transfusion branch （blood bank） had high score of medical records. [Conclusion] Hospitals should enhance the quality of education and the level of management to improve the quality of the medical records related to blood transfusion, so that to protect the legitimate interests of both the chnical staff and patients.
