窝沟封闭防龋临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察应用窝沟封闭来预防第一恒磨牙龋坏的临床效果,探讨影响窝沟封闭效果的各种因素。[方法]将187例儿童在口腔内随机选择一侧上下第一恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭,以自身对侧牙为空白对照组;定期复查随访3年。[结果]实验组龋齿发病率显著低于对照组。[结论]对6～9岁儿童进行六龄牙窝沟封闭,能有效预防龋坏发生,应大力推广和普及。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of pit and fissure sealants for preventing caries of the first permanent molars among children, so as to explore the infltueneing factors of pit and fissure sealants. [Methods] The first pemanent molars of one side among 187 children randomly selected were treated with pit and fissure sealants （treatment group）, and the permanent molars of another side was served as control group; All the children were followed up for three years. [ Results] Compared with control group, the incidence rate of caries among treatment group was significantly decreased. [Conclusion] Pit arid fissure sealant among 6-9-year-old children is an effective way for preventing caries, which is worth of popularizing and being widespread.
