摘  要:针对碲镉汞红外焦平面需要在恒定低温条件下工作的要求,设计并实现了基于热电制冷技术的红外焦平面温控系统。该温控系统具有体积小、响应速度快、可控性好及温控精度高等特点,满足设计要求。实验结果表明,该温控系统可使短波红外焦平面在195K时长期稳定工作,温控精度优于0.1℃,焦平面暗电流及噪声水平均有明显改善。According to the low-temperature and low-drift requirements for the HgCdTe SWIRFPA( short wave infrared focal plane array), a temperature controlling system was designed and implemented based on thermoelectric refrigeration. The system has a good performance of small volume, rapid response, high precision of temperature controlling and working stability. The experiment results indicate that the SWIRFPA can work at 195K with the steady error maintained within 0.1 ℃ by using this temperature controlling system, and at the same time the dark current and the noise level of the SWIRFPA have been decreased dramatically.
