摘  要:研制了炭纤维底衬气体源盒,有效减小了测量源盒对氙同位素低能γ射线的吸收;研制了气体转移制源装置,实现了样品从归档瓶向测量源盒的高效转移;采用效率过渡和理论模拟的方法标定了HPGe探测系统的峰效率。从而建立了惰性气体氙归档样品的高分辨HPGeγ能谱分析方法,使CTBT北京放射性核素实验室基本具备了分析惰性气体监测台站归档样品的能力。The gas cell with carbon fiber bottom was developed and the matrix of cell reduces the absorption to gamma rays of Xenon isotopes effectively. The noble gas Xenon samples transfer apparatus was manufactured, the transfer efficiency were over 80% for four kinds archive samples. The peak efficiency curve of HPGe γ spectrometer was calibrated by efficiency transition method and theory simulation. So, the noble gas Xenon analysis method by HPGe γ spectrometer was established. This work makes the CT- BT Beijing radionuclide laboratory has the capability to measure the archive sample of Noble gas monitoring stations.
