摘　　要：基于Web的学习自测评价系统是当前教育领域的研究热门。简单介绍学习自测评价系统体系结构和功能的设计、实现方式以及学习自测评价系统的优点，并对系统主要模块的代码进行详述。Web-based Studying and self-evaluation system is currently a hot research in education field. It is introduced that the design of the structure, function, the method of implementation,as well as the benefits of the system, it is described the code of the main modules of the system in detail.
