摘  要:目的:研究黄精多糖类物质的抗疲劳作用。方法:随机将健康雄性小鼠分为4组,分别为黄精多糖低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和空白对照组,连续灌胃给药28 d后,测定小鼠的游泳时间、爬杆时间、血乳酸、血中尿素氮、肝糖原和肌糖原含量等指标的变化。结果:黄精多糖能增强小鼠游泳耐力、延长爬杆时间,降低血乳酸、血中尿素氮含量,提高肝糖原含量和肌糖原含量。结论:黄精具有很好的抗疲劳作用。Objective: To investigate the antifatigue effect of polygonatum polysaccharides. Methods: Healthy male rats were divided into low-dose group, middle-dose group, high-dose group, and control group. The control group was given distilled water. The other groups were given different doses of of polygonatum polysaccharides. After 28 days, recorded the swimming time and prolong the climbing pole time by stopwatch. Observed the effects on the content of the plasmaurea, bloodlactic acid, liver glycogen, muscle glycogen. Results:Polygonatum polysaccharide enhanced the swimming durability of mice and prolongs the climbing pole time. The content of both serumlactates and plasmaurea decreased, but the content of both liver glycogen and muscle glycogen increases. Conclusion: Polygonatum polysaccharide has antifatigue effect.
