幽门螺杆菌对胃溃疡患者Ghrelin水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:该项研究旨在通过测定幽门螺杆菌相关与非相关性胃溃疡患者血清中生长素(Ghrelin)在未接受抑酸药物治疗前的含量,探讨Ghrelin在胃溃疡时循环血中的表达与幽门螺杆菌感染之间的关系。方法:快速尿素酶法与血清幽门螺杆菌抗体检测法联合检测26例胃溃疡患者,确定幽门螺杆菌感染组与非感染组,用酶联免疫方法检测血清中Ghrelin的水平。结果:胃溃疡患者血清中Ghrelin的水平幽门螺杆菌感染与非感染组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃溃疡患者血清中Ghrelin水平与幽门螺杆菌感染无明显关系,推测幽门螺杆菌对胃溃疡Ghrelin患者水平的变化无明显作用。Objective： To measure serum Ghrelin before the treatment with acid suppression medication and to study its relation in hclieobaeter-associated or helicobaeter-unassoeiated gastric ulcer. Methods： RUT and H. pylory-antibody method to determine helicobaeter-assoeiated or helicobacter-unassociated gastric ulcer and detected the serum Ghrelin levels in the two group by ELISA method. Results： The serum Ghrelin level in helieobaeter-assoeiated gastric ulcer and helieobacter-unassociated gastrie ulcer has no difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The serum Ghrelin levels in gastric ulcer is not related to Hp infeetion and Hp has no effect on Ghrelin level in gastric ulcer.
