摘　　要：结合《公路项目安全性评价指南》,提出了运行速度与设计速度合理匹配的路线设计理念,分析了高等级公路保证线形连续的条件,讨论了高速公路事故多发地段(黑点路段)发生事故的原因,使公路路线设计更能体现"以人为本、以车为本"的设计新理念。Combined with 'The Highway Item Safety Evaluation Guidebook',the route design idea of operating speed matched with design speed is put forward.Moreover,the conditions of high grade highway alignment consistency are analyzed and the reasons of traffic accidents at the black spots are discussed.Based on above,the route design can manifest the idea of 'people oriented conception and car oriented conception' more reasonably and perfectly.
