摘 要:用瑞士染液对百合及掺假粉进行染色涂片,在普通显微镜下通过观测各淀粉颗粒的显微特征来鉴别真假。结果证明,此方法准确、操作简单、廉价。采用DT2000图像分析软件以随机连续取样的方式测出颗粒的体积,密度瓶法测出颗粒的密度,根据质量比计算出百合粉的掺假率,首次得到百合粉掺假率计算的量化指标。运用统计软件对结果进行配对检验,结果发现:t=2.013,p>0.05,表明测得掺假率与实际掺假率无显著性差异。The lily starch and other adulterate powder were dyed respectively on a slide by Switzer dyestuff, and put them under the microscope to observe. Their micro-characteristic was used to identify the ture and false. The results turned out that this method was nicety, operate simply and costlessly. We have used DT2000 picture analysis software to measure the starch's volume by means of sampling randomicaly and successionally, have used density-bottle method to measure their density. The ratio of the adulterate powder equals to their quality proportion. It is the first time to achieve the way of quantitative analysis of the ture and false lily starch. The achieved results was counterpart tested by statistical software. The results showed that :t= 2.013, p〉0.05. It is suggested that there is no significant difference between the measured and actual adulteration ratio.
