白内障超声乳化联合巩膜扣带术治疗白内障合并孔源性视网膜脱离

摘　　要：目的:观察白内障超声乳化、人工晶状体植入联合巩膜扣带术治疗白内障合并有视网膜脱离的疗效。方法:对7例视网膜脱离1wk内合并有白内障患者采用白内障超声乳化、人工晶状体植入联合巩膜扣带术,观察视网膜平复情况及术后3mo矫正视力。结果:7例患者视网膜平复,术后3mo矫正视力均显著提高。结论:对部分白内障合并视网膜脱离患者采用白内障超声乳化、人工晶状体植入联合巩膜扣带术,既解除了白内障对视网膜脱离手术的妨碍,又顺利完成了视网膜脱离复位手术,术后视力显著提高。AIM： To investigate the effect of the phacoemulsification combined scleral buckling with exoplant on rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with cataract patients. METHODS： We have taken the phacoemulsification combined scleral buckling with exoplant on 7 cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with cataract patients, then obversed the retinal readhesion condition and the corrected visual acuity 3 months after operations. RESULTS： Those retional condition of the 7 cases were flat ,the corrected visual acuity improved 3 months after the operations significantly. CONCLUSION： Phacoemulsification combined scleral buckling with exoplant have postive effect on some of cataract with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients. This method can restore the retinal detachment to the eyeball under caract condition as well as improve the visual acuity significantly.
