摘　　要：目的:对比25-Gauge与20-Gauge玻璃体切除术后患者干眼症状的严重程度。方法:在玻璃体切除手术的患者中,20-Gauge手术26例26眼,25-Gauge手术21例21眼,于手术前及术后3,7及30d,做干眼症状评分、泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间及角膜荧光素钠染色评分比较。结果:与25G手术后患者相比,术后3,7d,20G手术患者干眼症状明显(P<0.05)、泪液分泌量增多(P<0.05)、泪膜破裂时间缩短(P<0.05)、角膜荧光素钠着色明显(P<0.05),上述差异具有统计学意义;术后30d,两组泪液分泌量无统计学差异,其他指标仍具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:25G手术与20G手术相比,对眼表创伤较小,患者术后干眼的情况相对较轻。AIM： To compare the differences of postoperative dry eyes between 20-Gauge and 25-Gauge vitrectomy. METHODS： Forty-seven patients （47 eyes） who would undergo virtectomy were involved in this research, including 26 patients （26 eyes） who undergo 20-Gauge vitrectomy while the others 21 patients （21 eyes） undergo 25-Gauge vitrectomy. We collected the results of dry eyes symptom （DES） score, Schirmer＇s test （ST）, breakingup time （BUT） and corneal fluorescein staining （CFS） score preoperatively and at the 3^rd day, 7^th day, 30^th day postoperatively, then compared the differences of dry eyes between these two groups with statistical method. RESULTS. Compared with patients who underwent 25- Gauge virtectomy , 20-Gauge patients got more serious DES and CFS, shorter BUT and more secretion of tears at the 3^rd and 7^th day postoperatively. These statistical differences, except the differences of tear-secretion, kept throughout 30th day postoperatively. CONCLUSION： Patients in 25-Gauge group recovered quicker in dry eyes than patients in 20-Gauge group.
