摘　　要：探讨医学信息系统软件维护工作的重要性,分析目前医学信息系统软件维护工作面临的困难和问题,并在此基础上指出其关键在于取得领导的支持,发掘好使用单位自身潜力,善于借助外部资源。The paper discusses the importance of software maintenance of medical information system and analyzes the difficulties and problems of this, then it points out that leadership support, potential exploration and external resources are key points.
