摘　　要：介绍知识管理和信息管理的概念,从学科发展、社会现状、人才需求与人文精神培养等方面阐述医学文献检索在知识管理理念下改革的必要性。提出建立符合时代需求的培养目标、选择能够恰当反映课程内容的课程名称、充实教育内容、改革教学方法等措施,使医学文献检索教学更好地适应学科发展和社会需求。The paper introduces the concept of knowledge management and information management, expounds the necessity of medical literature retrieval reform in the concept of knowledge management from four aspects： discipline development, social status, talents needs and humanistic spirit cultivation. Then it puts forward the following strategies： establish cultivating objectives to comply with the requirements of times, select course name to appropriately reflect course contents, enrich the teaching contents and reform the teaching methods, so as to make medical literature retrieval teaching better adapt to discipline development and social needs.
