三种成品氢氧化钙制剂体外抑菌实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究3种成品氢氧化钙成品制剂(Multi-cal、TempCanal、Pulpdent Paste)对引起根管感染致病菌的抑制作用。方法实验菌种选用牙髓卟啉单胞菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌和粘性放线菌,以2%洗必泰为对照,采用杯碟法进行抑菌实验,通过测量抑菌环直径大小确定实验药物对受试细菌的抑菌作用。结果与对照组相比,Multi-cal、TempCanal、Pulpdent Paste的抑菌作用相同,与2%洗必泰无显著差异。结论Multi-cal、TempCanal、Pulpdent Paste作为根管消毒剂,具有临床实用价值。Objective To test the inhibitory effect of 3 calcium hydroxide （Multi-cal, TempCanal, Pulpdent Paste） on main bacteria from infected canal. Methods The bacteria used in this study were Porphyromonas endodontalis （ P. e ） , Porphyromonas gingivalis （ P. g） , Prevotella intermedia （ P. i ） , Actinnomyces viscosus （ A. v ）. Argrose diffusion test was chosen and 2% chlorhexidine was used as control. The inhibitory effects of 3 calcium hydroxide were examined by testing the diameter of inhibitory zone. Results Compared with the control group, the Multi-cal,TempCanal and Pulpdent Paste had strong inhibitory effects, but there was no significant difference among 3 calcium hydroxide. Conclusion Multi- cal,TempCanal and Pulpdent Paste are effective as intracanal dressing.
