改良闭口式印模法在严重吸收下颌无牙患者修复中的应用和效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨改良闭口式印模法在严重吸收下颌无牙患者修复中的临床应用,并对效果进行评价。方法选取40例严重吸收下颌无牙患者,分为两组,分别采用改良闭口式印模法和传统开口式印模法,进行下颌总义齿修复。修复后1周、2周、1个月和3个月进行随访,评价修复效果。对数据进行统计学分析。结果应用改良闭口式印模法制作的全口义齿,修复后患者在语言、咀嚼、固位及舒适性等方面的满意度与传统开口式印模法有显著性差异,患者的主观满意度明显提高。结论使用改良闭口式印模法制作的全口义齿,更适合功能运动状态下的口腔环境,可以提高功能状态下的固位力。改良闭口式印模法可以作为严重吸收下颌无牙患者修复的常规印模方法。Objective To study the result of the clinical application of the modified close-mouth impression method in severely resorbed edentulous mandible patients, looking for a impression method to have a stronger force to stabilize the complete denture for the non-surgical patients with low-alveolar. Methods 40 cases of severely resorbed mandibular edentulous patients were divided into two groups. The complete denture of one group was made by the modified close-mouth impression method and the other by the traditional open-mouth impression method. Made a satisfaction survey at 1 week,2 weeks, 1 month and 3 month after wearing the complete denture and made statistical analysis of the result by SPSS10. 0 statistical software. Results The complete denture made by the modified close-mouth impression method was better than the complete denture made by the traditional open-mouth impression method in the language, chaw, stabilization and comfortable and had a statistical difference. Conclusion the modified close-mouth impression method can be used generally for the severely resorbed mandibular edentulous patients in making the complete denture, it is more suitable for the functional status oral environment, and improved the stabihzation at functional status, reduced the times for repairing the denture, and the medical technology is simple and easy to grasp.
