115例纵折后牙临床分析及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对后牙完全性纵折进行临床分析,对治疗效果进行评价。方法对115颗后牙完全性折裂的一般情况进行分析;根据不同的折裂情况进行不同的处理并采用冠修复,随访6个月～5年,评价治疗效果。结果完全性折裂以后牙常见,发生率上颌高于下颌,又以第一磨牙最为多见;115颗纵折后牙有85颗(73.91%)做过牙髓治疗,其中76颗做过完善的根管治疗;30颗未经过牙髓治疗。5年成功率为77.78%。结论后牙的纵折,特别是折裂前已做过完善根管治疗的后牙,及时就诊、合理的结扎固定以及符合生理要求的全冠修复是治疗成功的关键。Objective To evaluate the treatment effects of 115 complete microtubule split molars. Methods A total of 115 complete microtubule split molars were clinically analyzed and properly treated by conservative method and crowns. The results were followed up for 5 years and evaluated. Results The complete microtubule split was common in molars, and the incidence of upper jaw teeth was higher than that of lower jaw. The first molars were most commonly affected ones among all the posterior teeth studied. In this group of patients, 85 molars （73.91%） had been treated by pulp therapy. The treatment results were satisfied with a 5-year success rate of 77.78%. Conclusion The key to successful treatment for those microtubule split molars, especially for those treated by thorough root canal therapy was in time treatment,reasonable hgation and fixation as well as complete crown prosthesis.
