独立学院青年教师队伍建设刍议

摘　　要：青年教师作为独立学院教师队伍的重要组成部分,其素质如何对独立学院的教学水平和未来发展具有相当大的影响。如何建设一支高素质的青年教师队伍是摆在独立学院持续稳定发展面前的重大问题。本文从独立学院自身特点和对教师队伍的要求、独立学院青年教师队伍的现状以及如何加强独立学院青年教师队伍建设几个方面作了些粗浅的思考,旨在为独立学院的发展提供一些有益的探索。Young teachers are considered as important part of independent institute. Teacher team and the quality of young teachers have great effect on teaching level and future development of independent institute. For sustainable and stable development of independent institute, it is a major issue on how to build high-quality young teachers. This article discusses requirements of independent institute for teachers from its own characteristics, current situation of young teachers of independent institute and how to strengthen the construction of the independent institute teachers respectively. This article puts forward some useful suggestions on development of an independent institute.
