摘　　要：针对数控肋骨冷弯机,讨论了自动号料的控制,提出了一种新型自动冲印装置。该装置实现型材成型加工过程中的自动号料,已成功应用于数控肋骨冷弯机;不仅增强了数控肋骨冷弯机的功能,而且显著提高了数控肋骨冷弯机的智能化水平。This paper presents the system composition for the CNC ships frame bender. The principles of the automatic marking-off are proposed and a pneumatic device for marking has been developed. The method for the real-time control of automatic marking-off has been analyzed and the formulae of calculation for the control parameters are deduced. The work presented in this paper has enhanced the intelligent level of the ships frame bender distinctly. The CNC ships frame bender with this automatic marking-off system has been developed successfully.
