在职护士规范化培训的实施与效果评价

摘　　要：目的对在职护士实施规范化培训,促进护士的知识、技能、能力的提高,培养高素质护理人才。方法对2004～2008年在职护士实施系统化、规范化培训,并逐年进行对比分析。结果实施规范化培训后,护士的理论知识和技术操作成绩逐年提高。结论实施在职护士规范化培训对提高护士的综合素质起到了积极的作用,从而提高了护理质量。Objective To carry out standardized training for on-the-job nurses and boost their knowledge, skills and capability and cultivate high quality nursing talents. Methods Systematic and standardized training were implemented for on-the-job nurses during 2004 to 2008 and eontrastive analysis was conducted year by year. Results After the implementation of standardized training, greater progress on theoretical knowledge and technical operation of nurses has been made. Conclusion Standardized training for on-the-job nurses has played a positive role in improving their comprehensive quality, thereby increasing nursing quality.
