TCD在青少年moya-moya病中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经颅超声多普勒(TCD)对青少年moya-moya病中的诊断价值。方法16例青少年Moya-Moya病进行TCD检测。16例患者中男性6例,女性10例。年龄4～18岁。2MHz探头用于监测颅内动脉,4MHz探头用于监测颅外动脉。结果TCD提示病变处血管平均流速达正常的2倍以上,狭窄远端血流呈低流速状态;代偿血管呈高流速。结论TCD有助于青少年moya-moya病中的诊断及追踪观察。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transcranial Doppler （TCD） for younger patients with moya - moya disease.Methods Sixteen patients, including 6 male and 10 female（age range from 4-18 years）, underwent TCD.Two MHz was use for intracranial vessels, and 4 MHz was use for excranial vessels.Results The velocity of vessel involved was twice higher than the normal vessels. The velocity is slow in the distal segment of the vessel occulsion, and the velocity is high in those collaterals. Conculsion TCD is an use tool to provide diagnosis and follow-up for younger patients with moya - moya disease.
