摘　　要：本文通过对我国法律关于刑事证据展示内容的规定进行评析,指出其存在的缺陷,提出建立和完善我国的刑事证据展示制度的必要性,并为建立和完善我国刑事证据展示制度进行了具体设计。This article mentions out the defects of our country＇s Criminal Evidence construct display system by analyzing it＇s content, points out the necessity of construction our country＇s Criminal Evidence construct display system, and design the system from details.
