项目后评价方法在广州市“教育e时代”工程中的应用研究

摘　　要：广州"教育e时代"工程作为广州市"十一五"教育事业发展规划一项重点工程,以政府投资为主,工程规模大、工期长、涉及面广,做好该工程的项目后评价对进一步促进该工程的建设和可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。文章分析了广州市"教育e时代"工程实施项目后评价的意义,研究了信息化项目后评价的内容并建立了指标体系,最后给出了广州市教育信息化工程后评价的建议。The engineering of ＂Education e-time＂ is one of the key projects of Guangzhou Eleventh Five-Year education Development plans. The engineering, mainly supported by government investment, is large in scale with long duration and covers a wide range. The post-project evaluation of this engineering is great significant for promoting its implementation and sustainable development. On the basis of the research of post-project evaluation methods. this paper further discusses the application of the methods in the engineering of ＂Education e-Time＂ of Guangzhou.
