摘　　要：知识创新要求图书馆准确、及时、系统地为读者提供最新的信息资源,因此图书馆必须实现知识服务。知识服务需要图书馆员具备知识分析能力、决策分析能力和知识组织与开发的能力。高素质的图书馆员是图书馆知识创新和知识服务的关键。Knowledge creation requires librarian to provide the latest information preciously, timing and systematically. Therefore, knowledge service must be realized in library which means the librarian should have abilities of knowledge analyzing, decision - making and knowledge organizing and developing. High quality li- brarian is the key for library to create knowledge and provide knowledge service.
