摘  要:针对具有复杂运动特征的高速凸轮机构从动件运动规律,提出用分段多项式进行综合和优化的新方法。其优点在于可以方便地将边界条件指定为确定值或设计变量,将运动曲线的特性值作为优化目标,通过优化获得具有理想运动学和动力学性能的运动规律。通过粽子自动扎线机高速排线凸轮机构从动件运动规律的综合详细阐述了此方法的应用。具体过程为:通过对扎线工艺的分析,设计了排线凸轮机构的工作循环图,利用分段多项式对运动规律进行了综合,建立了以加速度和跃度为双目标函数的优化模型,并应用单纯形法进行了求解。结果表明文中所论方法方便、有效。The paper presents a new method for synthesizing and optimizing the follower motion with complex characteristics for high-speed cam mechanism based on the piecewise polynomials. The advantages of this method are that, the boundary conditions can be specified as determined values or design variables conveniently, and the charac- teristic values of the motion curve can be specified as optimal objectives. The kinematic and dynamic properties can be achieved through optimization. As an example, the synthesis of the high-speed traversing cam follower motion is pres- ented to illustrate this method in detail. By analyzing the binding process, the working circle of the traversing cam mechanism is programmed. The motion program is synthesized by the use of piecewise polynomials. In addition, an op- timal model is established to minimize both of the acceleration and jerk level and the simplex method is used to solve this problem. The results proro the facility and validity of the approach proposed by this paper.
