摘 要:对以甘油为原料生产环氧氯丙烷的关键中间体二氯丙醇的合成工艺进行了研究,考察了反应温度、时间、催化剂的种类对反应的影响,发现通过提高反应温度可以降低催化剂的用量。经实验确定优化的反应条件为:以己二酸为催化剂,用量为1.6 mol/kg甘油,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为3h,二氯丙醇收率可达到86%;并且,所用催化剂己二酸可重复使用次数不少于5次,该工艺单位催化剂用量少;形成的工艺技术符合工业化生产的要求。The synthesis tenhnology of dichloropropanol,which was the intermediate for producing epichlorohydrin from glycerol, had many influencing factors, including reaction time, temperature, catalysts of different sorts. These factors were studied and the amount of catalyst could be reduced by raising reaction temperature. The experiment results showed that the yield of dichloropropanol can exceed 86% under the optimized reaction conditions:adipic acid was used as catalyst, the ratio of catalyst to glycerol 1.6 mol/kg, temperature at 120℃, and reaction time 3h. Besides the catalyst of adipic acid could be reused no less than 5 times. The unit use of catalyst was little, and this technology can meet the need of industrial production.
