Tentative Research into the System of Inter-School Sports Competition in American Secondary Schools——Taking Pennsylvania as an Example

摘　　要：以宾夕法尼亚州为例,从管理机构、竞赛制度、运动队参赛校长负责制、教练员培训、裁判员管理、竞赛商业化运作、体育道德风尚建设等多个层面分析和揭示美国中学校际体育竞赛的特征和发展状况,以期为我国中学体育运动的发展提供参考。Taking Pennsylvania as an example, this article analyzes and discloses the feature and development status of interschool sports competition in American secondary schools from such aspects as the management agency, the competition system, the system of the principal being responsible for the entry of the school team in the competition, coach training, referee management, commercialized operation of competition and sports morality construction, hoping to offer reference for Chinese secondary school sports development.
