对《体育(与健康)课程标准》几个问题的反思

摘　　要：对体育新《课标》存在的问题进行了反思性研究:体育课程更名为"体育(与健康)课程",造成了对象不清,范畴不明;体育课程目标设置重复和空泛,缺乏科学性和规范性;体育新《课标》中缺失了国家课程内容,失去了必修课程的基本性质和国家对这门课程规范和质量的掌控;体育新《课标》中的评价与目标和课程内容缺乏针对性;体育新《课标》把"健康第一"作为指导思想,显得牵强附会。After reflecting on and researching into the problems in P.E. new ＂Curriculum Standard＂ writers believe： to change the name from P. E. curriculum to P.E. and Health curriculum results in unclear focus; the designation of P. E. curriculum goal is repetitive and abstract, unscientific and irregular; in P. E. , the thesis subject and new ＂Cur- riculum Standard＂, the national curriculum content is missing, so are the basic nature of required courses and the na- tional control of the curriculum norm and quality; the assessment and goal and content in the P. E. new ＂ Curriculum Standard＂ are not well -directed; it seems farfetched to regard ＂Health Comes First＂ as the guiding principle in the P.E. new ＂Curriculum Standard＂.
