摘　　要：目的探讨高龄结直肠癌患者围术期处理，减轻并存病对手术和预后的影响。方法回顾性分析牡丹江医学院附属二院1999年5月至2008年10月收治的96例〉70岁高龄结直肠癌患者的临床资料，探讨其围术期处理。结果96例患者中77例行根治手术（80．2％），术后并发症发生率为20．8％，病死率为2．1％。结论高龄结直肠癌患者围术期处理至关重要，对提高手术切除术率，减少并发症，改善预后有积极意义。Objective To evaluate the role of pcrioperative management for aged patients with colorectal carcinoma. Reduce the disease co-exist on the effects of surgery and prognosis. Methods Clinical data of 96 patients with colorectal carcinoma over 70 years old at the second hospital affiliated to Mudangjiang medical college from May 1999 to October 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The resection rate was 80. 2% ,the incidence of postoperative complications was 20.8%. Conclusion Perioperative management is very important for aged patients with colorectal corrcinoma to improve prognosis.
