金属桩核烤瓷冠修复后牙牙体大面积缺损观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨铸造金属桩核在后牙牙体大面积缺损修复中应用的临床疗效。方法:选择42例牙体大面积缺损经完善根管治疗的后牙,间接法制作铸造金属桩核,再按照常规制作金属烤瓷冠修复。通过2年以上的观察复查并进行临床疗效评价。结果:在临床疗效观察期间,除了1例根折、2例脱落之外,其余39例效果良好,有效率达92.86%。结论:铸造金属桩核是修复后牙牙体大面积缺损的一种效果良好的方法。Objective： To evaluate the effect of cast post and core on the restoration of premolars and molars of extensive loss. Methods：42 cases of premolars and molars of extensive loss were treated with root canal therapy.They were restored by cast post and core with indirect method. Then, prepare and do porcelain fused to metal crown regularly. The restoration effect was evaluated for two years.Results： During investigating the clinical case, except one root fracture case and two falling cases, the other cases are successful. The ratio of effective is 92. 86%. Condusions：The cast post and core is a better method in the treatment of premolars and molars of extensive loss.
